  • Our water jet uses a high-pressure stream of water mixed with garnet to cut through various types of materials such as metal, wood, rubber, foam, and polycarbonate. Through water jet cutting, we are able to maintain precision and a high level of accuracy without heat distortion or damage. Water jet cutting is a relatively clean process that produces minimal waste, making the project environmentally friendly. We can cut up to 3 inch steel, 6 inch aluminum, and 8 inch of any softer material.

    Metal forming is the fashioning of metal parts when the workpiece is reshaped without adding or removing material from the workpiece. Our ACCURPRESS press break allows us to maintain high bending accuracy with an 8-foot-wide table and 100 tons of pressing force.

  • CNC machining is a subtractive manufacturing process that uses pre-programmed computer software to control the movement of machine tools. Guided by digital instructions, this process removes material from a workpiece, which is an in-process piece of raw material, to create a desired shape or part.

    Our HAAS VF-4 Super-Speed 3-axis Vertical Machining Center with 4th and 5th axis capability is equipped with a 50” x 20” x 25” table, high-speed machining, an option that allows faster feed rate, Intuitive Probing System that allows you to find your workpiece and find your tooling, through a spindle coolant system that allows faster machining with a better finish, and programmable coolant.

    Our HAAS VF-6 Super-Speed 4-axis Vertical Machining Center with 5th axis capability mirrors the HAAS VF-4 in feature and comes equipped with a 64” x 32” x 30” table.
